The core business of Millvision is giving support with the optimisation, innovation and implementation of business and technical management processes of our clients; often in cooperation with third parties. In generally, our clients develop, manage, accompany and maintenances complex production systems, installations and immovable property, varying from the process industry to the services industry.

The Millvision competence is to combine our knowledge and experiences of business processes with the knowledge and experience of the client. This is realised by using methods and tools with the aim: a positive output. Millvision is always working on a clear and durable relation with the customer so we can operate adequately and in a flexible way.

Working in projects

The Millvision way of work can be recognized in the way we arrange a project. Wetter we do multi disciplinary projects or a project within a specialism: a team of enthusiastic persons will be collected and conducted tightly by Millvision to the common aim. Good appointments and clear communication will keep the client optimally involved in the project.

Process adaptations originating from optimization and innovation projects need to be implemented in the company processes. It happens to be that the attention to these implementation has decreased considerably.

Activities

Millvision is specialized in two market segments: The paper and cardboard industry and environmental techniques & infrastructure. Within the paper and cardboard industry process optimisations and innovation projects are the two most important activities. For the environmental market the most important activities are developing projects for monitoring of water floors pollution for the dredge industry, and management support projects for municipalities, house construction cooperation’s and the ministry of defence.

Millvision has consciously chosen for a business concept were the basis lies within the two defined market segments, to limit their own company risks regarding economical sensitive markets. Also we want to create synergy between the two market segments by streamlining the investment choices. This way, for example, an investment in NIR Technology and strategic data processing for the Environmental Industry can be tested early for the paper and board industry. This contributes to the acceleration of the innovation of the separate market segments.

Customization

Our activities will always be set-up and carried out as a project. Each type of activity also has its own conditions. Services are carried out with an effort contract and efficiency improvements projects for example are offered with a result contract. This means that with better or worse results there will be worked with incentives or penalties. Within the projects there can be worked with multi disciplinary teams were besides Millvision and the client also third parties can be represented.
