Ronald van der Plas has worked for around 11 years for the Ministry of Defense. Of those years he worked for 5 years as an air force officer and 5 years as project manager at the engineering office of the Ministry of Defense. He had been particularly charged with putting aside and developing of products and services for the Dutch Royal Air Force. He is specialized in infrastructure and environmental techniques. Since 2000 he is partner of the research and consultancy company Millvision.

Leon Joore has been working as project manager at TNO Industries, department paper and board, for at least 11 years. He specialized himself in water management in the (international) paper industry. Besides that he has conducted and accompanied a lot of broad paper production related projects by means of among other things improvement teams. Special interest he has for implementation projects and (strategic) market/domain know-how. Approximately ten researches have been published in the trade magazines ‘Paper Technology’ and ‘Das Wochenblatt für Papierfabrikation’. Since 2000 he is partner of the research and consultancy company Millvision.

After finishing his study Environmental knowledge at the Van Hall Institute he was studying microbiology at the Rijks University of Groningen. After his thesis he first worked as projectleader at BRCC and later at Tauw as senior consultant.

After finishing her study Physical Chemistry in Munich and the study environmental technology at the University of Wageningen, Cornelia Lumpe worked at T.N.O. Industry in Delft. Since 2002 she is specialized in processmodelling (Wingems) and statistical modelling for N.I.R.-based sensors at Millvision B.V. As from 2007 she is manager at Millvision GmbH in Bamberg, Germany.

Margriet Biemans is responsible for the Millvision office management and as coordinator to the technologiekring.
